Using the app

Envelope Budget: Bill Tracker is a budgeting tool you use on your own device. You may use it for your personal or household finances. Do not attempt to break it, resell it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Your data is yours

Everything you enter stays on your device, and you are responsible for keeping a copy. Use the export feature if you want a backup — uninstalling the app, resetting the phone or losing the device removes the data, and we have no server copy to restore from.

Not financial advice

The app records and adds up numbers you type in. It does not give financial, tax, investment or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation. Decisions about your money are yours.

Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Free trials, prices, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under your App Store account; manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. A subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

The Vision Board Contest

If you create an account and share a board, keep it yours and keep it clean: share only images you have the right to share, no harassment, no spam, no sexual or hateful content, no impersonation. Shared boards can be reported by others and hidden automatically once enough people report them, and we can remove content or an account that breaks these rules. The contest is a positive-sum feature — there is no prize money and no money figure is ever shared.

Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time; delete it, and for a contest account use Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend access to the contest for accounts that break the rules above.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it accurate and reliable, but we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
